Corporate/Organizational Training

Our corporate training program is specifically designed for businesses and institutions seeking to embed antiracist practices and foster a culture of inclusion within the workplace. This comprehensive program provides organizations with the tools and knowledge necessary to tackle racism at every level, from leadership to staff. Whether you are looking to raise awareness, implement inclusive policies, or completely transform your company culture, this training is tailored to meet your unique needs.

Each session begins with a deep dive into understanding the dynamics of racism, both at an individual and systemic level. Participants will explore how unconscious bias impacts decision-making, workplace interactions, and employee well-being. Using case studies and real-world examples, we examine how these biases can manifest in the workplace—from recruitment and retention practices to promotions and everyday communication. Through a combination of presentations, group discussions, and team-building exercises, employees and leaders alike will learn how to identify, challenge, and mitigate bias in the workplace.

A key focus of the training is equipping leaders with the skills to create and enforce policies that actively promote antiracism and inclusivity. Participants will learn how to implement antiracist hiring practices, promote diverse leadership, and ensure that company policies reflect a commitment to equality and equity. Leaders will also be trained on how to handle racial issues as they arise in the workplace, ensuring they foster an environment where all employees feel safe, valued, and respected.

In addition to leadership training, this program offers practical guidance for staff on how to contribute to an antiracist workplace culture. Employees are encouraged to engage in honest, sometimes difficult conversations about race and bias, and they are given tools to advocate for themselves and others. The training includes role-playing exercises that empower staff to address instances of racism and discrimination they may encounter.

Organizations have the option to choose between one-off workshops or a multi-part series for a more in-depth, long-term approach. The multi-part series includes ongoing consultation and follow-up sessions to track progress and help companies continuously evolve their practices. Whether it’s a half-day session focused on unconscious bias or a year-long strategy development process, this program provides customized solutions to ensure that your organization not only aligns its values with its practices but also becomes a leader in antiracism and diversity.

Ultimately, this training helps organizations move beyond symbolic gestures and into actionable, sustainable change. By creating a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and racial equity, businesses can attract and retain diverse talent, boost morale, and enhance innovation—all while contributing to a broader societal movement toward justice.
